With Robot Arms

Friendmore actively invests in automated manufacturing technologies in recent years. Most of our injection moulding machines have equipped with computer-controlled robot arms, which keep enhancing our production efficiency and quality stabilization.

Computer Numeric Controlled

(CNC) Machines

Friendmore has a number of CNC machine stations. With advanced control software, these machines can make large parts up to 1.3m in length. The ability for us to make high quality moulds is a combination of possessing these advance machines and also is the results of continuous staff development program within the company, our insistence on quality products and our commitment to customer servic.

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM)

Friendmore has a number of EDM machines. There are triple-axis or lead-screw type electric discharge machines. With these high precision machines and our highly trained staff members, we are able to guarantee top quality products to our customers.

Wire-Cut Machines

Friendmore manufactures parts with the world's most high-precision wire-cutting machine, brands included Charmilles, SEIBU, Mitsubishi. The manufactured parts tolerance can be kept under 0.005mm.

Injected Production

Friendmore has over 30 years of injection moulding experience. We have maintained our quality on our injected products regardless of sizes or whether they are made from 40 or 250 ton machines. We are able to achieve this because we constantly evaluate performances of every machine in the factory. We carry out routine and corrective maintenance on all the machines on a regular bases. To increase the quality and stability of injected products, we invest in robot arms to automate the injection process. Friendmore firmly believes through serious and methodical staff training and development, smooth production flow and high quality standards can be achieved. Our staff development program starts with the operators who are immersed with knowledge on all machine operations, parts produced and the concept on quality control.

Cleanroom Injection Moulding

With dust-free cleanroom in the factory, Friendmore can produce high-finish plastic products and lens. The cleanroom also included Double Injection Machine, which can produce high-finish duo-material products and lens.

Spray Printing Cleanroom

This section is housed in a dust-free room. Spraying, baking and drying of parts are all automated. For products that require even higher paint quality and more durable coating, like high-end handsets, telephone housings, Dial Keys., Friendmore has a UV line that can address these requirements. Professional paint surface include matte finish, glossy finish, plating effect. Paints include silver & metal crossing paint, UV paint, and rubber paint.

Silkscreen

Using the best quality paints from Germany. Our members in this department are committed to making products that meet or exceed the most stringent standards on rub tests, peel tests and temperature cycle tests. Some of the products we manufacture are internationally known products. This provides further evidence in the quality of our products.

Ultra Sonic Welding

Friendmore has a number of ultra sonic welding machines operated by highly trained and skilled technicians and are capable of producing very durable welded pieces.

Assembly Lines

20 meters long assembly line is suitable for assembling basic electronic products or non-electronic products. Friendmore can provide finished or semi-finished assembly services.

Telephone Acoustic Test

Friendmore equipped the highest performance acustic test systems from United States and Taiwan, that are suitable for testing most Telephones, IP Phones, Telephone Handsets and Receivers.

Laser Engraving

High-performance laster engraving machine is suitable for applying surface patterns on different materials such as Metal, Plastic Shell and Buttons.
